Apple released iOS 5 Beta 7 to Developers

Apple has just released iOS 5 beta 7 to developers as an over-the-air (OTA) update. The software update will become publicly available this fall, likely alongside the new iPhone lineup in early October.

iOS 5 includes new features:
  • Notification Center
  • Twitter integration
  • Newsstand
  • iCloud support

The best way to download this update is installing it over-the-air (OTA) from the device itself, simply head to Settings > General > Software Update. In few minutes, iOS 5 Beta 7 should be loaded onto your device.

Apple has also released iTunes 10.5 beta 7, Xcode 4.2 beta 7 and Safari 5.1.1 update 3.
