Galaxy Nexus get Android 4.0.5 update next month (Rumor)

Good news for the owners of Verizon Galaxy Nexus, according to @Black_man_X, Verizon is beta testing the next update Android 4.0.5 ICS.

While this is not the first time that we have heard of Android 4.0.5 ICS, it was leaked that it was coming to the Nexus S by April not to mention other rumors regarding the update rolling out over the next few weeks.

According to Black_man_X version 4.0.5 is being tested and currently runs great on the Verizon Galaxy Nexus.

His comments suggest that 4.0.5 will fix many of the problems currently on the devices he only confirmed that the UI and launcher were the same. Ice Cream Sandwich version 4.0.5 for the Galaxy Nexus appears to fix audio reboot issues, battery life problems, data falling alseep, and will most likely have new radios.

If everything does go as he says it would, we would not have to wait long, just a few more weeks in fact.
