World’s biggest iPhone now in London

The gargantuan iDevice made an appearance in London’s busy St Pancras International Train Station today to celebrate the launch of Lara Croft Guardian of Light on the Apple App Store.

With the winter white stuff causing chaos to travelers, visitors to St Pancras at least had the sight of the world’s largest iPhone to keep themselves occupied in the long queues.

The giant “iPhone” display is actually made up of 56 iPad tablets, lined up side-by-side in an 8 x 7 arrangement on the backdrop of a giant iPhone front panel. There was even a giveaway where the first few people who saw it walked away with an iPad of their own.

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is available now on the App Store from £3.99.
