Acer unveils beTouch E210 and liquidmini Android phone (CES 2011)



Acer has announced the liquidmini and beTouch E210, Android 2.2 Froyo-powered phone. First we talk about Liquidmini. This small phone features a 3.2-inch 480 x 320 pixel display and is powered by a 600MHz Qualcomm processor.

When it’s released, this phone will be available in five color options – blue, white, pink, yellow and black. Pricing will be available when the phone ships in April.

While fully-touchscreen devices seem to be increasingly popular, there’s still a strong demand for devices with physical QWERTY keyboards and the Acer beTouch E210 is here to fulfill that demand. At a glance, this phone could be mistaken for a distant cousin to RIM’s BlackBerry phones. Pricing wasn’t mentioned, but the E210 is expected to arrive around March.
