AT&T’s Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 3G Hits The FCC

Good news for those people who want to buy 3G version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 on AT&T’s network, now you may not need to wait that long because the 3G version of the tablet was recently seen making a pit stop at the FCC, so we’re guessing it’s only a matter of time before AT&T puts it up on their shelves.

Currently the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is only available in WiFi only so having the 3G option would be welcomed.

Alternatively the Verizon 4G version of the Galaxy Tab is also expected to make an appearance come this summer so it looks like users will have an alternative should they not go for AT&T’s offering.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1′s specification:
  • 10.1 inch touchscreen with a 1280 x 800 resolution
  • running on a dual-core 1 GHz Tegra 2 processor
  • a 3MPcamera in the rear plus a 2MP camera on the front
  • Wi-Fi b/g/n
  • GPS
  • Android’s Honeycomb 3.1
