HTC HD2 gets Android 4.0 AOSP

The HTC HD2 was released in November 2009, and since then it has been modded to run Windows Phone 7, Android 2.x and Meego among others, it looks like the developer community isn’t done yet. Some folks have managed to create an AOSP Ice Cream Sandwich ROM for the HTC HD2 has been put up for download.

As a beta release, this is by no means a final build and appears to sport some minor incompatibilities and glitches. USB mass storage, the camera and hardware acceleration are among the few things not working yet.

Caution: Downloading and Installing ROMs especially if all of this is new to you, so proceed with your own risk!

You can see the download link and instruction at XDA forums.
