Sanyo Zio & Samsung Epic 4G Getting Android 2.2 Update On Feb 21

Some source says that both Sanyo Zio and Samsung Epic 4G is getting Froyo update from Sprint on February 21st. The update will be over the air (OTA) and spread across the country over the course of four days for Samsung Epic 4G.

Several improvements was made:

• Better Bluetooth device support
• Bluetooth voice dialing
• Flash Player 10.1
• GPS enhancements
• improved OS performance
• ability to install applications to external storage

Sanyo Zio update will be distributed over the course of five days. For Sanyo, the improvement that was made are the addition of Swype, Sprint Zone 2.5.5, Sprint ID activation improvements and better battery life.
