Motorola Droid X2′s full specifications released

Motorola’s Droid X2 has not been very secretive at all – we have caught its boot sequence on video before, alongside someone benchmarking it, while having its press shots leaked – but at long last, the veil of mystery concerning its list of specifications has been released, and the remaining blanks can be filled. It is also known as the Daytona and MB870.

The Droid X2 will sport:
  • a 4.3″ touchscreen display
  • a 1GHz dual-core Tegra 2-powered device with qHD resolution
  • an eight-megapixel camera
  • 512MB RAM
  • 8GB ROM
  • Android 2.2 Froyo
  • Bluetooth 2.1+EDR
  • Wi-Fi a/b/g/n connectivity has you covered in terms of keeping up with the times
You will be able to hook up the Droid X2 via EV-DO Rev. As for sensors, you get the full array of proximity, light, accelerometer and e-compass.

The Droid X2 has started to show up on Verizon’s system alongside third party retailers, so a launch is imminent – perhaps priced at $199.99 tops with a new 2-year contract?
