Foursquare for iOS now supports photos and comments

Foursquare has updated its iPhone app, adding in photo support. With the latest version, Members can now snap photos associated with a check-in either as a memoir or to help friends. Friends can also comment on photos attached to an area.

Reflecting the change, a history section on the Foursquare website lets users see all the photos and comments associated with past check-ins.

The current update is limited to the iPhone and iPod touch and Foursquare hasn’t mentioned if an iPad app is on the way. The latest Foursquare app is already available in the App Store.
