Rihanna Was 'too Fragile' to Date Drake

Rihanna has revealed that her romance with rapper Drake didn't ever get off the ground because she was not over being attacked by ex-boyfriend Chris Brown. The Only Girl (In the World) singer and the Canadian hip-hop star hooked up briefly in 2009, and have now joined forces for new single What's My Name? But the 22-year-old admitted that she wasn't ready for anything too serious.

She told MTV News, "I definitely was attracted to Drake, but I think it is what it is - it was what it was. We didn't want to take it any further."

She said "It was at a really fragile time in my life, so I just didn't want to get too serious with anything or anyone at that time."
