FIC announced Windows 7 tablet PC Tycoon

First International Computer (FIC) unveils its new tablet PC called Tycoon. This tablet PC runs on the Windows 7 operating system. The Tycoons go on sale on Saturday.

Tycoon has a Intel's Atom N455 processor, a 10-inch TFT-LCD multi-touch screen, 2GB DDR3 memory and a 120GB internal hard disk, Wi-Fi connection and a weight of 840g.

The OS is said to have been adjusted to make it more finger friendly. Tycoons will sell at a price of US $660.

FIC’s chief operating officer Leo Chien said:
“FIC has been laying low for quite awhile and our performance wasn’t very impressive either in the past few years. Next year is the time for us to make a hike up the hill and we will make the splash with tablets.”
