Apple Replacing iPhone 4 Screws With Torx Screws

It appears that Apple is replacing their original iPhone 4 screws with something much tougher to unscrew, Torx. The Torx type of screw is known to prevent tampering and is fairly difficult to unscrew.

This uncommon sort of screw has been proven extremely difficult to remove, as proven by the guys at ifixit who tried to remove the MacBook Air battery that was secured with these types of screws as well.

This change by Apple demonstrates their strict opposition to users converting the color of their iPhone 4. So folks if you want a white iPhone 4, Apple truly wants you to wait until Spring.
